II’m Anastasia (but friends call me Stasia). I’m a Mastery Method Certified Health Coach who helps women build consistent wellness habits that actually last—without quick fixes, strict rules, or extremes. My work is about making wellness feel simple, sustainable, and personal so you can feel confident and grounded in your everyday life.
I believe real change comes from small, consistent actions, not all-or-nothing approaches. My coaching blends nutrition, mindset, and emotional healing, giving you tools that support both your inner and outer health. At the core of my approach is bio-individuality—the idea that there’s no one-size-fits-all version of wellness. Your needs, preferences, and rhythms are unique, and your routines should reflect that.
Beyond coaching, I use this blog to share the deeper layers of well-being—things like relationships, self-awareness, and the practices that help us reconnect with ourselves. You’ll also find stories from my own life, travel guides, recipes, and inspiration from time in nature. My hope is that it all supports you in creating a lifestyle that feels like your own.

Adventure and travel are, without a doubt, my ultimate love languages. From trekking through the mountains of Peru to wandering ancient underground cities in Turkey to hiking the rugged trails of the Ozarks, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite experiences both in the United States and around the world.
