My approach blends both inner and outer work because lasting wellness requires both.
Together, we focus on the practical foundations like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and daily habits while also exploring the deeper patterns underneath them. The mindset, nervous system patterns, and internal beliefs shaping the way you move through your life and relate to yourself.
Because surface-level changes can only take you so far when the foundation underneath them hasn’t shifted.
