A Curated List of My Favorite Products

We live in a world that’s constantly telling us to buy more. There’s always a new launch or a trending “must-have,” and it can feel hard to tell what you actually want versus what you’re being sold. I’ve definitely fallen for good marketing over the years, and I’ve tried a lot of products because of it. Wellness tools, supplements, skincare, even the random TikTok things I absolutely did not need (like a random garlic press that did not work).

What I’ve realized is that even though I’ve tried a lot, I only keep a small handful of things in my actual routine. I don’t like having a lot of stuff. I like products that are well made, non-toxic, useful, and that genuinely make my life feel better.

That’s why this year, I’ve been very intentional about consuming less and choosing things that support the way I want to live. I want everything in my home, my bathroom, and my closet to serve a purpose. I don’t want more clutter or more noise. If something is on this list, it’s because I’ve used it long enough to know it’s worth it.

Everything I’m sharing below has been vetted in real life. These are the products that help me feel good, stay grounded, and move through my days with a little more ease. Some are simple swaps and some are things I’ve loved for years, but they all enhance my life in some way.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful gift or just want to treat yourself to something you’ll actually use, these are my year-round favorites.

Let me know what you try and make sure to check back as I’ll be adding products to this list!

Products I Love From Brands I Trust

Products I Love From Brands I Trust

I can go on and on about Beekeeper's Naturals. They source their bee-hive ingredients from remote, chemical-free places in Europe (as well as Canada and South America), prioritizing bee health and sustainable practices.

On top of the sourcing, their products are genuinely supportive for your health — propolis is naturally antiviral and antibacterial, royal jelly is rich in nutrients that support immunity and energy, and bee pollen is a complete protein full of vitamins and antioxidants.

I love all of their products, you really can’t go wrong.

We got the Botanical Bliss Organic Latex Mattress from PlushBeds last year and I’m OBSESSED. I had no idea how toxic most mattresses are, which is honestly disturbing when you think about spending eight hours a night breathing chemicals in.

This one is made with certified organic latex, cotton, and wool. It’s an investment, but trust me when I say it’s worth it. In fact, if there is one thing on this entire list to buy, this is it.

Don’t sleep on it (get it!?) Shop here.

One thing I’ve changed this past year is investing in clothing made with materials that are actually good for my skin. No more polyester, acrylic, or cheap synthetic materials (bye bye).

As a result, I’ve turned to Quince, Pact, and Mate the Label for my everyday basics. They use better fabrics like organic cotton, cashmere, and wool. I reach for these pieces all the time. And yes, they sell clothing for men as well!

Shop my favorites from all three here.

Catori Life makes some of the most beautiful, affordable jewelry I’ve found. Everything is created with a real focus on responsible materials and craftsmanship. I have five of their pieces and love every single one, but the smokey quartz ring is my favorite.

If you want something that feels special, high quality, and created with care, then this is perfect gift for yourself or a loved one.

This is another favorite non-toxic swap for your home I love. Branch Basics cleans everything and actually works. It even gets glass streak free (a small miracle). It’s safe enough to use on fruits and veggies, and the bottles make the whole mixing process foolproof.

The concentrate lasts forever, so the cost per use ends up being really affordable. I recommend starting with the Cleaning Essentials Kit in glass.

I don’t wear a lot of makeup and I’ve never been a big fan of it. I’ve tried to find brands I genuinely like for years, but most of them make me feel weighed down or look like I’m wearing too much.

Then I found ILIA. It’s the only makeup brand I’ve ever used that I actually love. Everything feels lightweight, looks completely natural, and their formulas are clean and skin-forward — made to enhance, not cover. For someone who wants to look and feel natural, this is perfect.

Do I own almost every single product from The Skinny Confidential? Yes, I do. Everything they make is a slam dunk, but my top two are the SPF and the classic ice roller. These are true holy-grail, use-every-day products for me. Their body brush, mint roller, and hot shave razor are all fantastic too.

You can shop my favorite products here — they make great gifts year round.

You all already know this because I always talk about ButcherBox, but it’s the only meat I eat at home because they provide clean, ethically sourced, and hormone-free options. They also don’t use antibiotics which is a non-negotiable for me. Plus, it tastes fricken DELICIOUS.

They are running new member promotions all the time, so chances are you will get free chicken or beef in every box for a year. Shop here.

Cymbiotika is my go-to wellness brand— I have been using their products going on 5 years now. I swear by their Magnesium Complex, Glutathione, Vitamin C, and Magnesium Topical Spray to help me feel my best.

If you are going to choose one product, I recommend the Magnesium Complex-add it to your morning coffee for extra focus throughout the day.

You know I always talk about my Bon Charge Red Light Mask, which is a must-have for glowing skin (I use mine every. single. day). Using advanced red light therapy, it penetrates deep into the skin to boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, help with wrinkles, and support cellular repair.

Red light masks can be a significant investment, so take advantage of the 15% using this link. It’s worth it.

Ballerina Farm’s Farmer Protein is packed with grass fed whey, collagen peptides, hemp protein and calf first bovine colostrum. It’s the cleanest protein powder I’ve found, which says a lot given how many I’ve tried. They also offer sample packs if you’d like to try the difference flavors before committing to a large bag. Vanilla is my favorite.

Try Ballerina Farms Protein Powder.
